This beginner Argentine Tango class covers basic fundamental moves, such as inline and outside partner walking, 6 count resolution box, and front ochos, necessary to navigate the dance floor. You'll be able to let yourself get caught up in the rhythm as the tango is a passionate and improvised dance. This class is designed for the absolute beginner so there is no prior experience required. You won't believe your eyes as you will be dancing in no time! There are no refunds; all sales are final.

• Beginner Tango Workshop

  Duration: 1 hour; $25; Wanna tango? This beginner workshop is perfect for the curious person who thinks that they can't dance! You'll learn the absolute basics of Argentine tango that will prepare you to step onto the dance floor with poise and confidence! From the first embrace of your partner to the rhythmic footwork techniques, you'll get a sense of the essentials. Designed for the absolute beginner, so come alone or bring your friends because this non-competitive and high-energy atmosphere is the perfect place to get movin' ! Stella got her groove back! Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Tango for Women

  Duration: 90 min; $40; Behind every well-executed step, whether you're leading or following, there is a strong technique. In this class, you'll gain a deeper understanding of what is required of your role as a follower, and learn how to get results using the proper technique. Through exercises and with the help of props, you'll experiment with the technique behind good posture, the walk, the pause, the turn, the pivot, and how to change and interrupt your direction. And once you've mastered the fundamentals, of course, you'll get to find your own style and pick the right foot embellishment! Cancellation notice must be provided at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund.
